1.在大馬路邊，而且離國華街很近，附近就有兩家有名的冰店。
2.如果騎機車，騎樓可以停到4-5台，很方便~
3.有兩間房間，兩間的風格很不一樣，整個空間都很舒服，整間民宿都透著舒適感，雖然古老卻又不失悠閒。
4.清潔度，非常非常的乾淨，就算赤腳踩在房間內，腳底板也不會髒的程度。
5.冷氣很涼，整個空間也不會感到潮濕。
6.因為是100年的古宅，老闆非常認真在維護房子，也把房子照顧的很好；聽著老闆對房子的每個角落都清清楚楚，也非常認真的介紹房子獨特的地方，不知不覺就陷入古宅的魅力中。
最後是很謝謝老闆，對於我們這群喜歡自說自話的旅客的包容~

房間乾淨有特色,人員親切,還有非常特別可愛的伴手禮,地理位置也很好找,會再回訪!
