房間很大很舒服！有浴缸有木桌子有洗衣機，陽台、該有的都有

離赤崁樓的附近景點或小吃很近，步行皆可到達。 房內冷氣很涼。 室內採光也不錯。 廁所有重新用過，比較新。
沒有附設自有或配合之停車場，停車假日很難停也很貴。 房內無附水杯，比較令人意外一點。 枕頭有點難睡(但看個人習慣啦) 設施實體與照片有些落差，可能因使用時間久了，有一定的耗損。

冷氣沒有到很冷 要搭配電風扇 床是硬的很好睡 雖然在一棟大樓裡面 但是蠻舒適的 離連得堂非常近 樓下就有7-11 赤崁樓也在附近 第一次獨旅台南住這間 整體很不錯
浴室偏小 沒有停車場 平日來也停不到路邊停車格 斜對面停車場很貴
