滞在前から詳しい宿までのアクセス方法やおすすめのお店の情報を教えてくれたり、滞在中も早朝にも関わらずWi-Fiの不具合について早急な対応してくださったりといろいろサポートして頂けたのがとても良かったです。滞在前の不安もこれらの情報でだいぶ解消されました。
お部屋はもちろん素敵なのですが手書きの日本語メモなど細やかな心遣いのおかげでより素敵な滞在となりました。
ほとんど対面で宿のスタッフの方とお会いする事はなかったので直接のお礼をお伝えできなかった事が悔やまれますがまた台南に来る際はこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。
アルコール消毒スプレーはあったのですが手洗い用の石鹸などはなかったので気にされる方は持参をおすすめします。

Location: close to Chikan Tower, bus stops, and food
Host: helpful and friendly; sent instructions about pay by a credit card for international travelers and provided tips about local restaurants and ice shops--we had excellent mango ice!
Room: clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated
Stairway to the room was a bit steep
