地理位置離火車站很近、環境整潔、隔音很好、老闆很熱情，還有整理台南周遭好玩、好吃的地方、住宿還有Netflix可以看

地點方便，在神農街附近的小巷弄裡，走到水仙宮市場也很近，卻又鬧中取靜，不會有車聲干擾。 房間打掃很乾淨，床鋪舒適，有乾濕分離的衛浴，特大雙人房在陽台附有獨立的洗衣機與洗衣精，對連住的旅客很實用。 老闆會在入住時熱心提供一堆台南在地人才知道的好吃地點，讓這趟旅行幾乎沒有踩雷。

真的很喜歡老闆的貼心與熱情，老闆提供了很讚的美食景點清單，讓旅行更加完整了!!! 我很喜歡住宿環境，有洗衣機老闆還很貼心提供了洗衣精，房間還提供了電風扇喔～怕熱的我們覺得超舒適的喇～超推薦來台南一定要來這裡
枕頭較軟，建議喜歡比較有支撐力的旅客可以自己帶個方便的小枕頭，沒什麼讓我不喜歡的地方。
