絕佳地點，房間乾淨整潔，所有備品都在屋內可以自行拿取，相當方便。
地點位於小巷內，無法停車，上下行李有些不方便。衛浴只有一間，住宿人數多時須輪流使使用

整潔，無異味，位置良好，附近就是台南散步熱點，有全聯，牛肉湯及市場，停車場很大，但是熱鬧的時候需要排隊等一下，建議先停好車，放好行李，徒步旅行很棒。
雖然在二樓有兩間臥室，但是浴廁只有一套，在一樓，人多時候不方便。 臥室裡面有板凳，但沒有置物架，行李與背包只能放地上，或一樓客廳。 沒有提供礦泉水，雖然有簡易RO過濾水，但品牌不明，而且煮沸冷卻需要時間，對於城市旅行到晚上10點回來的人來說，比較不方便。

地點很不錯，小小的包棟概念，還算舒適。想要有自己空間的人很適合。
沙發床太小，建議有超過3人就2間房都開放使用； 冷氣建議右移50cm，不然會一直對著頭吹； 浴簾建議換厚重一點的，不然蓮蓬頭的風壓會讓浴簾一直黏在身上。 最近的停車場幾乎都是滿的，路邊停車格要有點運氣。
