1.洗澡水壓很夠 讚
2.在一樓不用另外爬樓梯 讚
3.美食走路就能買到 讚（但是晚上附近人煙稀少，不建議單獨出門）
4.整體氛圍 讚
5.樓上樓下都有冷氣又大台 讚
6.有提供碗盤餐具 讚（不過希望有大一點的杯子，300ml以上）
7.有電熱水壺 讚

9.廁所、客廳、臥室都有衛生紙 讚
10.天窗雖然晚上跟普通屋頂差不多，不過早上很讚

沒有也還好，有了會更讚：
1.毛巾架
浴室裡沒地方可以晾毛巾，有些不方便（浴巾有掛勾可以掛），但是有晾衣架可以頂著用。
2.微波爐
家人的胃袋容量不大，又喜歡吃很多種美食，有微波爐的話就可以多買幾樣，吃不完也可以先冰起來晚點再加熱吃。沒有就是只能自己克制一些囉。
1.床！雖然看評價有心理準備但睡起來真的太硬啦！想說沒試過也不知道行不行，試過之後真的是不行！床墊實在是太薄啦!希望能換厚一點的床墊，還有枕頭！
2.樓梯是真挺陡的，可以踩的面積太小，不過可以用的空間就那麼大也沒辦法。都有貼防滑貼一階一階慢慢走都沒問題。(但就是要慢慢走)
