There’s construction on the side and it’s super noisy so I cannot sleep well at the morning

Very nice stay

Location was amazing - just a few steps from the cathedral and charming restaurants. The flat was clean with nice decor and comfy beds.

The only slightly annoying thing was that we had to pick up keys from another location.

Dirty property with bad maintenance

We stayed at this apartment and we have complained about how the apartment is totally different, dirty and not up to standards. What went wrong: - In the listing it’s listed that there is a terrace (in description as well as facilities), though the entry to our balcony was locked with a “no-entry” and “private” sign. - The kitchen was dirty, oil splatters, hair, plates were dirty, drawers were dirty (crumbles and spots) and smelly - There were not enough glasses for 4 people - We couldn’t use the freezer because of all the frost - A lot of dust everywhere (on the fan and on the upside down turned shelf???) - The dishwasher smelled really bad and we were not able to use it since the dishwasher drawers were nowhere to be seen. - Totally different furniture than in listing - Provided towels were moist - Broken bathroom mirror and broken bathroom lamps - The bed sheet of one bed seemed like it had not been cleaned since we found hair in it After Booking had sent an email to this property with the photos I’ve sent. A guy from the property called me and told me to wait until I get an email the day after from Booking, he would mark my booking as “no-show” and I would have to click “I didn’t stay at the property”. He said if I do this I would get 30-40% of my stay back. Which includes taxes and cleaning costs. But today I found out I only got €10 back instead of the refund he promised me. He basically lied to me about the refund. Please find the images attached to this review and you’ll see for yourself.

Nice and big apartment in the center of Antwerp.

Bed were not comfortable, apartment was not clean, especially the bathroom!! Very disgusting toilet and shower!! Pubic hairs everywhere and the toilet-brush was disgusting!!! This apartment was not cleaned before we came.

Good Location, nice place to staty a couple of night.

The flat is quite nice and very central. Good Value for money.

Having to pick up the keys and pay a Tourist taxes in cash on arrival is a bit annoying, this could be done when booking and the key should be picked up at the flat location instead of 18 min walk from it. Not ideal when you arrive with luggage. Pillows in the property need to be changes, they are old and quite horrible...

Apartment very big, even too big for two people.

Apartment looks much better in the pictures. Really is different. After arrive home at 22:00 we wanted to have a shower but unfortunately Tlthe hot water didn't work. I called the staff and their answer was that he was 1 hour away of the property and until next day he couldn't do anything.

Great location, spacious apartment convenient for all that Antwerp has to offer

Location is great and the apartment is bright and spacious. The bed we used was comfortable and the kitchen area was well equipped. The bathroom was spacious and the walk-in shower a treat. The master bedroom was quiet at night too.

We were disappointed to find that there was no wardrobe or hanging rail and no TV. There was also no iron or ironing board, so all clothes had to be kept in suitcases and remained creased. There was only one towel per person (albeit very good ones) - ladies like to have at least another one for their hair. Finally, there was a total of four double beds in the apartment (two in the living area), which made it feel like a hostel.

There was no Breakfast, as it was an apartment! You had to get your own breakfast. Which is ok, since there are restaurants and stores close by, so you could easily get something to eat and drink if you needed!

Location + Reception are the best!

We were greeted by an extremely friendly person! It was probably the best reception we had. The location of the apartment is the best as well.

Cleaning was definitely the low point. Dusty in certain parts, we saw at least 2 spider web cobs who looked like they were there for a few weeks already. Oven and toaster could use some cleaning too. We used the oven and the smell from past food was still there.

Spacious flat in the centre of Antwerp. Good price-quality ratio!

Pictures do not match reality. No ventilation possibilities in the bedroom because the balcony door cannot be opened. Also the windows at the back cannot and should not be opened. Not very fire safe. The flat is superficially clean, but if you look closely everything is a bit dirty. The beds are saggy. When picking up the key (this was close by and went smoothly) the host asked for a very good review (giving everything a 10), because "a 7 does not look good". A bit weird to ask in advance and even more so if you can't live up to that 10... All in all, the price, location and space made for a okay stay.

Prima voor één nachtje.

Er zijn voldoende eetgelegenheden (ook voor ontbijt) in de buurt. De badkamer heeft prima douche en toilet.

De bedden waren doorgelegen. De slaapbank stond tegen het raam, en zou anders plat vallen, ook in deze zakte je overdreven weg. De verlichting was slecht te regelen. Borden, bekers en bestek waren matig aanwezig.

De locatie, in het centrum. Prima qua complex

Servies incompleet, we waren met 6 en we hebbe 4 wijnglazen even als andere glazen. Broodmes etc afwezig. Ernstige schimmel in het appartement met name de badkamer. Daarnaast sommige bedden zijn slecht. Met name in de woonkamer. Ook de handdoeken zijn’schoon’ gewassen maar versleten niet vlek vrij.

Catastrophique, dégoûtant, à fuir

L’emplacement était top! Quartier animé parfait pour un EVJF ou un week-end entre amis. 1 er étage au dessus d’un commerce.

C’est de la publicité mensongère pour l’appart et ses commodités. Prévu pour 8 couchages: mais ni vaisselle ni casseroles adaptés, pas même 6 verres pour boire entre amis. Les canapés sont sales avec des taches douteuses. Les vitres sont répugnantes et on ne voit rien à travers. La poubelle des anciens locataires dans le couloir a pué tout le week-end. Et le pire: des draps de lits sales (des traces collantes sur les housses qui n’ont sûrement pas été lavées car aucune odeur de lessive, pareil avec le linge de toilette) et aucun moyen de contacter l’agence ou bien “Willem” censé répondre à nos appels via WhatsApp en cas de problème. Je vais introduire une plainte je souhaite un remboursement intégral pr ce séjour CATASTROPHIQUE.
