Great stay would highly recommend

Great appartment we stayed 1 night in appartment 4 and 1 night in appartment 2. Both were great. Kitchen very well equiped you could cook a full meal if needed. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom very spacious. Both appartment were spotless clean, owner responded always within minutes. The area of the appartment is also great, supermarket across the street, parking garages nearby if needed and trams and busses are going all ways. Would highly recommend these studio's

Great apartment in great and quiet location. Close to public transport. The area is very nice with lots of restaurants and coffee places. Very clean, brand new and all amenities are there. We loved it !!!

Spacious Apartment in a great location

Very roomy studio (more like an apartment) in a nice area in South Antwerp. Plenty of space with a full size sofa, dining table, decent well equipped kitchen, separate bed area and big bathroom. French doors that open up to let in plenty of air which was lovely in the summer weather. A quiet street with good transport nearby, decent sized supermarkets and a few nearby restaurants and bars. The apartment was in impeccable condition.

We had the first floor apartment so it wasn't an issue but accessing the higher floors with no lift could be challenge for the less mobile or with large suitcases. There is no TV which might be a thing for some.

It was spacious and had great roof top views through a full height full width window. Handy local bar, supermarket, excellent pizza restaurant, and two tram lines Nos 1&4.

The studio is on the top floor and had steep stairs and there are 80 of them.

Aan te bevelen!

De locatie was super! Het appartement was top! Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Toegang tot het appartement ging heel makkelijk door middel van codes die we tijdig ontvangen hadden. Heel verzorgd en stijlvol. We komen zeker nog terug!

Enig minpuntje: het was best wel heel koud in het appartement toen we toekwamen en we kregen het moeilijk aangenaam warm. We zijn dan maar buitenhuis iets gaan drinken... ;-) We hadden het appartement op de eerste verdieping (nummer 1) en hebben best wel veel lawaai gehad van de bovenburen toen ze 's nachts toekwamen. Het is een oud gebouw, dus ik kan het enigszins wel begrijpen, ik vrees dat de bovenburen ook wel heel 'zwaar' stappen en geen rekening gehouden hebben met anderen. Ik ben een tamelijk goede slaper, maar ik werd wel telkens wakker wanneer ze rondwandelden in het midden van de nacht. Maar ondanks dat hebben we een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Je kan aankomen wanneer je wil. Goed systeem met codes!

Het was koud. De verwarming stond af en was even zoeken hoe we deze moesten bedienen. Misschien al op 20 graden zetten bij toekomen en korte handleiding in infoboekje ?

Aangenaam, proper en gezellig

Zeer proper en gerieflijke studio. Goeie douche en keuken prima uitgerust. Mooie locatie.

Het aantal trappen kan mensen die minder mobiel zijn misschien afschrikken. Nog wat kleine details zoals een extra hoofdkussen of een fleece deken voor in de zetel (het was erg koud buiten) zouden het helemaal af maken.

Voortreffelijk in 1 woord perfect!

Het is een superschoon en fijn appartement. Alles lijkt wel hagel nieuw! Ingang met toegangscode werkt perfect. Parkeergarage om de hoek. Winkels en restaurants en cafes in de buurt .. wij komen graag terug!

Top appartement op een top locatie. Antwerpen zuid is top!

Super schone kamer die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Heerlijke grote badkamer en een heerlijk groot bed. Contact met de host was ook prima en duidelijk

Helaas hing er boven de deur een soort van verfrisser. Die ging automatisch af 1x in de zoveel tijd. ‘S nachts was dat niet fijn. Niet vanwege de geur maar vanwege het geluid

Al met al een hele fijne plek, ik kom zeker terug.

Super fijn en ruim appartement, keurig ingericht, prima bed en keuken voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Rustig en toch in de buurt van gezellige terrassen én restaurants. Musea om de hoek, park, Schelde op loopafstand; heerlijke locatie!

De afzuiging in de badkamer (kamer 3/ 3e etage) werkte heel wisselend. Wel op de momenten dat je niet wilde (aan en uit ‘s nachts waar je wakker van werd) en niet op de momenten dat je wel wilde (tijdens en na douchen). De automatische spray met luchtverfrisser hoeft van mij niet in de kamer. Let op: Het balkon is geen balkon. We hoopten nog op een dakterras. Gelukkig genoeg fijne terrassen in de buurt. En het park om de hoek is zeker ook de moeite waard.

Świetne miejsce, bardzo polecam

Apartament był super, było w nim wszystko co potrzebne nawet na dłuższy pobyt: kuchnia z całym wyposażeniem (naczynia, ścierki, płyn do mycia naczyń, gąbka, ręczniki papierowe, duża lodówka, płyta indukcyjna - płyty nie używałam), stół z krzesłami, kanapa i mały stolik, duże, wygodne łóżko i łazienka z dużym prysznicem. W apartamencie było dużo miejsca. Lokalizacja również na plus, około 25-30 minut od centrum, a ok. 40 min. od dworca kolejowego i autobusowego, okolica cicha, wokół dużo restauracji i blisko pasaż nad rzeką oraz park. Schody rzeczywiście wąskie i dość strome, czasami było też słychać osoby mieszkające wyżej, jak chodziły, ale nie było słychać rozmów ani innych dźwięków. Bardzo polecam ten apartament.

We komen terug!

Leuk appartementje op het eerste verdiep in een rustige straat en toch niet ver van tram/zuidplein dus ideaal qua locatie. We hebben goed geslapen, ik zou volgende keer wel mijn eigen kussen meedoen maar dat is persoonlijk. Alles was zeer netjes en mooi. Toegang was met codes. We komen zeker terug want ik hou van deze buurt in Antwerpen.

Enige wat een beetje een minpuntje was: we waren om 11u (het check-out uur) nog net onze tanden aan het poetsen en het appartement aan het controleren of we alles meehadden - dus op een paar minuutjes wat laat, maar ze kwamen om 11u stipt aankloppen om te poetsen. We zeiden dat we klaar waren binnen de 5 min, en ze keken boos en wachtten aan de deur. Oke wij moesten maar op tijd zijn, maar heb dit nog nooit gemaakt dat ze op het check out uur meteen komen aankloppen. Geef de gasten misschien 10 min respijt of een academisch kwartiertje...

Het was een modern en comfortabel ingericht appartement.Alles was schoon en heel netjes verzorgd incl. flesjes water en mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te zetten. Ook hele fijne airco die je goed kon instellen. Verder is het appartement sfeervol ingericht.

Prima voor een weekendje weg!

Het appartement is helemaal in orde, grote badkamer, groot bed, mooie keuken, aan veel dingen gedacht (koffie, thee, water, zeep etc.), woongedeelte met zitje en airco voor als het warm is. Het is ook een hele leuke locatie vlakbij het park in Zuid, veel tentjes om de hoek om te ontbijten, lunchen of dineren en veel musea etc in de buurt.

Wij zaten op de 4e verdieping, dat zijn best veel trappen met een koffer en dat is niet aan te raden voor mensen die niet zo goed ter been zijn...

Top studio in Antwerpen

Het is een heel prettige en ruime studio en alle nuttige voorzieningen om het verblijf aangenaam te maken, zijn aanwezig. Het was erg warm in Antwerpen (>30 graden) tijdens ons verblijf, maar met de stille airco en screens die automatisch omhoog en omlaag gaan, was het goed vertoeven. Het is echt een top studio.

Wir sind gerne im Viertel "Zuid", deshalb war die Lage für uns top, das Apartment wirkte auf uns neu und modern renoviert, es war alles Nötige für uns vorhanden, schnelle und angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber*innen, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig trotz Nähe zur belebten Umgebung

Es gab ein kleines Problem mit der Tür zum Bad, das - in Vereinbahrung mit uns - nach unserer Abreise aber anscheinend behoben wird (wie gesagt: sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation), das Treppenhaus ist (antwerpen-typisch) sehr schmal und steil (für uns war es aber kein Problem)
