Large, spacious house that needs a bit more tidying.
Very spacious house with loads of room for a family of 5 to spread out.
The dishwasher had dirty dishes. Food left in the fridge and cupboards from previous guests, oven temperature control was stuck but did work.

Bellissima esperienza, in un ambiente molto confortevole e rilassante. Sicuramente da ripetere.
Abitazione molto ampia, con ambienti spaziosi e ben attrezzati (TV, ellittica per adulti, forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero di grandi dimensioni, forno a microonde, trampolino posizionato all'esterno). Dotata di un giardino con prato e alberi da frutto. Posizione estremamente tranquilla e comoda ai negozi, molto vicina alla città di Anversa. Parcheggio privato. Infine siamo stati positivamente colpiti dall'architettura della casa e dalla qualità dei materiali di costruzione.
Al nostro arrivo erano ancora presenti oggetti appartenuti agli ospiti precedenti nelle camere, in cucina, nella dispensa e in garage. In bagno, nella zona doccia, era presente muffa sul soffitto. A tal proposito ci hanno però assicurato che a breve verranno eseguiti dei lavori per eliminare il problema. Da sostituire, a nostro avviso, il linoleum utilizzato per la pavimentazione della cucina con un materiale più idoneo.

Le racket du propriétaire une fois la réservation faite qui nous demande un supplément de 100 €. Encore du racket quand celui-ci nous demande 100 € supplémentaire pour du ménage parce qu’il a vu deux crottes dans le jardin alors que nous étions encore là. Le Proprietaire est rentré deux fois dans la maison, sans nous prévenir, une fois le premier jour en notre absence où il a vu les crottes de notre chien dans le jardin et la deuxième fois le dimanche matin à neuf heures, il est rentré par son garage sans nous prévenir et débarquant comme ça pour nous réclamer 100€ alors que la location indique un départ à 13h. Nous n’avons pas cédé à ce chantage et ces menaces. Nous n’avons pas aimé les toiles d’araignées la Graisse sur la hotte, la crasse sur les murs. Pour nous mettre dans l’ambiance, le contact indique le Proprietaire en prison, peut-être que c’est pour nous faire peur, je ne sais pas ! Nous avons évidemment fait une vidéo de l’ensemble de la maison à notre départ craignant que ce Proprietaire soit encore plus malhonnête. Bref à fuir et à bannir.
