The property was right by a tram/bus route, with a direct line in and out of Antwerp city center and central Station, which made it an ideal location for exploring the city and other city linked via train, ( Brussels, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and many other locations. The apartment was spacious, with a large bedroom and lounge area, with a TV . The Kitchen and bathroom were small and basic, but adequate to use the property as a base to explore the city.
Parking outside the property was non existent and the local streets were very full of parked cars. The host did advise there was a Park and ride car-park, a short walk away, approximately a 10 minute walk away. At times this was very busy and had limited parking spaces. In January 2026 I paid 1 Euro a day, which made it very cheap to park for the week and use local transport. The main dislike was it took several trips on foot to unpack and reload the car on arrival and departure, as I was unable to park outside the property.
