Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. All properties: Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Paved terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 9-acre of natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 3 cars. 1 small pet welcome (must be kept on lead at all times within the grounds). No smoking. Please note: There are 3 lakes within the grounds.. Unspoilt lake views. These 5 holiday cabins, each with furnished verandah for dining al fresco, are located 7 miles from Boston, and 20 miles from Skegness. They are situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and a children’s play area. The site is ½ mile from the A52 with a regular bus service to Boston and Skegness.
Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held. The local RSPB reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub.
There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling. The cabins overlook an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing license. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

A spotlessly clean and very well equipped lodge. Fantastic surroundings and a very helpful owner too, I would thoroughly recommend visiting here without hesitation and the extra COVID measures went above and beyond our expectations. My only gripe would be the beds are not that comfortable or big (I’m 6’4” though) but other than that superb !

This was a beautiful place to stay, it had everything we needed for a perfect relaxing holiday with my family. We all had so much fun Fishing (ages from 15 to 76) There were plenty of places to visit & the weather was so good to us too Would definitely recommend & will most definitely return too ❤️

Lovely lodge, quiet and peaceful, and had everything needed for a week away. The lodge was warm and inviting and we would have no hesitation returning here.
