This idyllic getaway, capable of accommodating up to four guests. The holiday lodge, surrounded by lush greenery, is a haven for nature lovers. The exterior exudes a classic yet modern aesthetic, with its wooden façade blending seamlessly into the natural landscape. As you approach the lodge, you’re greeted by the inviting ambiance, where the air is filled with the scent of pine trees and the sounds of birds chirping, creating an immediate sense of relaxation.
Upon entering the lodge, guests are welcomed by a warm and cosy interior. The open-plan living space features comfortable furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area, providing a homely atmosphere for guests to unwind and share memorable moments. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, offering picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The lodge boasts two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with plush bedding and ample storage space, creating a comfortable and inviting retreat. The décor reflects the rustic charm of the countryside, enhancing the overall sense of tranquillity.
One of the highlights of this holiday lodge is the fishing lake on site. Fishing enthusiasts can indulge in their passion just steps away from the accommodation. The well-stocked lake is teeming with various species of fish, providing an excellent opportunity for both seasoned anglers and beginners to enjoy a leisurely day by the water. Whether it’s casting a line from the shore or relaxing on a boat in the middle of the lake, the fishing experience is sure to be memorable. Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held. The local RSPB reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub. There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling. The cabin overlooks an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing licence.
