Step-free access, a wet room with grab rails and wide doorways make it easy for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility. Two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a private garden leading to our tranquil fishing lake, private parking, and dogs welcome. A relaxing countryside base all year round.

The cottage is easy to reach from the A158. As you head east on Station Road, turn right onto Bratoft Lane and follow the lane — Bramble Cottage will be located on the left-hand side.
🚖 Taxis are available locally for easy travel to Skegness, Ingoldmells, and surrounding areas.
🚆 The nearest main rail links are at Skegness Station, providing connections to larger towns and cities.
🚗 By car, Skegness is around a 10–15 minute drive, with Ingoldmells and nearby coastal attractions also within easy reach.
