Lovely house Loved the character great location. I’m not far out of Skegness had everything you needed will definitely return.

The steps was an ideal but wouldn’t put me off returning

Jasmine Cottage in Burgh le Marsh was absolutely lovely. The location is spot on — peaceful village feel, with a charming local pub just at the end of the road and great amenities nearby. The cottage itself was clean, cosy, and had everything you could possibly need. One of my favourite parts was sitting out at the front of the cottage in the evening sun with a cup of tea — so relaxing. It’s only about 10 minutes from Skegness seafront, making it ideal for exploring, but still tucked away enough to feel calm and homely. The hosts were wonderful with brilliant communication throughout, and I’ll 100% be staying again. And I have to mention… the lovely pink door really does make it extra special. Many thanks!

The village is lovely and quiet, with everything you need. The cottage is well set out and relaxing. There is parking outside. Lovely little church at the rear. Pub and shops close by.

Cosy. Comfy. Short stay. Host was nice.

- Neighbour was god awful. Was taking pics of my car and being awfully aggressive bec we didnt know how to park in front of the property which is accessed from another road. Horrible person and wasbeing rude and abusive unnecessarily on first count despite us asking her for help on parking. - Flies all over kitchen and inside kettle. - Stay hair on the floor in clumps. - Living room throw on couch was stinking. - Very little cutlery for self catering. - Shower very very low (eaves) ok for short people.
