We loved the property because it just like staying at home and we was allowed to take our 4 dogs whitch are a big part of our family it’s comfortable and clean and the staff are friendly

The phone signal it’s good and no Wi-Fi was avail or on site

wifi would be useful. furniture beds, etc very basic, but value for money.

great location for what we need .been several times before. great fishing here friendly staff and always helpful. village is local .food outlets .pubs etc available. Skegness is a 10 minute drive if the seaside is appealing to you. a secure environment too.

oak cottage furniture does what is needed but could be updated .a freezer would help. also a couple of pint glasses would be useful . there is no internet connection which could be viewed as a blessing or a curse . for us its the former. some people do not give a thought for others, but they are few and far between. dogs barking quite a lot can be annoying. but we are already planning our next trip.

Site is lovely, secure and clean, about 4 miles out of ingoldmells.

No enclosed space for the dogs to go out of a night before bed and first thing in a morning. Seems to of been a fly problem, persistent flies in the property yet windows and doors were kept shut because of this. Also on arrival and throughout the week, very unpleasant smells in cottage, particularly kitchen and small bedroom. Neighbouring caravan owners were not very welcoming and made it clear they were not happy that we took dogs on the little patch of grass that was close to their caravan. Also no freezer, so we couldn't buy any ice cream.
