Relax in this renovated home that sleeps 10. Near the village and beach

Completed in July of 2017, this five bedroom four and a half bathroom house is new to the rental market. There are beds for a maximum of 10 guests. It consists of three levels with an elevator to access all 3 levels. Outside, on the ground level there is large lanai with comfortable seating, a small dining table, lounge chaises, a ping pong table and heated pool. Inside, you will find a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bath that leads to the pool are. On this level, there is also a queen bedroom with an en suite bath. One of the 2 laundries is on this level. The second level consists a large living area and dining area with a table that seats 10-12. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook for a large or small group. There is also seating for dining in the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen and dining area is a large lanai with comfortable seating. On this level, you will also find two twin bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. These twins can be made into king beds. PLEASE NOTIFY ME PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL ABOUT HOW YOU WANT THE BEDS MADE UP. The master bedroom and bath are on the third level with a walk out deck.
Our home is very conveniently located. It is about a five minute walk to the beach and the fabulous shelling and water sports it offers. Even closer, is Andy Rossi Lane with its shops and restaurants. Relax in one of the restaurants after a day at the beach as you listen to live music and enjoy your favorite beverage! Also close by, you will find various cruises, fishing trips, kayak rentals and just about anything else you will want to do on an island vacation.
However, if you are looking to just lay low and relax, you will be glad you chose our home to rent. It is in a quiet area, away from the crowds, it is very clean and everything inside is brand new. After your stay here, we are sure you will want to return again and again.
It is a good idea to stop for groceries before you get to the island. There are several Publix markets as well as a Walmart and Aldis on the way out. There is a small island store around the corner from the house which is open from 9am to 7pm daily. In Sanibel there is a fairly large grocery store, Jerry’s. They deliver.
If you plan to depart before 10 am, please let me know so that I can notify the cleaners.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DAMAGED WE RECEIVED FROM HURRICANE IAN, HAS BEEN COMPLETELY REMEDIATED. CAPTIVA HAS RECOVERED WELL AND THERE ARE CURRENTLY 7 RESTAURANTS OPEN AS WELL AS A FEW SHOPS.
