Great location! An amazing house with stunning views! Located in the heart of Captiva Island, only a short stroll from restaurants and shopping, this five-bedroom, four-bathroom pool home is the perfect spot for an amazing vacation.
Walk into the living area furnished with a large sectional couch with a table, comfortable chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The second living space has a couch, two comfortable chairs, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The open kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances, and plenty of storage, utensils, plates, cookware, and glassware. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8. Sliding glass doors open out to a large enclosed lanai that is air-conditioned. The lanai contains a couch two comfortable chairs and a dining table for six. There are beautiful views of the large heated saltwater pool and Bay from the lanai. There is one bedroom on the living area level with a king-size bed and its own porch and bathroom. The upstairs third floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a sweeping porch with views of the Bay. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bunk beds, and a private bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. The lower level has two bedrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette. The first bedroom has a king bed and access to the new large bathroom with a custom tiled shower and vanity with dual sinks. The second bedroom has two extra long twin beds and shares the large lower-level bathroom. Doors from the first level living room lead to the patio and caged saltwater pool. Attached to the pool is a large tiled hot tub that will comfortably hold 8 people. The top level of the home has an amazing rooftop deck, plenty of seating, and stunning views. Swim in the heated saltwater pool, watch the stars from the rooftop deck, shop in the village, stroll to the nearby restaurants, or use the wagon loaded with beach chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the beautiful beach at the end of the street.
