AMRC is the best management team ever, thanks to Albert and Fernando. Every question or tiny glitch we had got near immediate support. Then there’s location location location. Half block to beach and short walking distance to restaurants, bike rental, farmer’s market and other conveniences. House was a joy.

Great stay. Didn't like the dishwasher. Never knew if it was operating properly. Did wake up about six AM to snoring. Met an older man in the pool area who said he was the pool person. Interesting. He was driving a pool van, though.

We enjoyed our week long visit to Shell Yeah! The house was clean and well-appointed for all of our needs. I would rent the home again. It had a great outdoor area with a nice pool, hot tub and ping pong table that we really enjoyed. There are also a lot of outdoor sitting areas.
