Comfortable welcoming Air BnB in a great location!

Caroline is a wonderful host; she went out of her way to make our stay so comfortable. She was very responsive to every question I asked. We used the washer/ dryer. We appreciated that there was detergent available & sugar, snacks, tea, coffee & paper towels in the kitchen! Truly a honey welcoming place & we will be back! She even helped us out with our luggage!

Beautiful cottage! Close to restaurants, Bunratty castle and Shannon airport

We picked this spot because of its location to restaurants, the castle, and close to the Shannon Airport. Caroline was very responsive and went over and above by providing champagne and chocolate for my Mom's birthday! The cottage is absolutely beautiful and each bedroom has a bathroom! Such a bonus!

There was a bit of a challenge finding the property since it's between other buildings with a locked gate. We had the code to the gate but couldn't locate the driveway to the property when first arriving.

A hidden treasure

It was close to food and Bunratty castle. It was warm and cozy. With just enough room for teenagers to not have to be bothered by their boring parents! We all slept well! Loved the binder for more info.

Just a suggestion, but traveling all day, it would have been nice to have simple snacks, games and/or books available. Accessing the unit should be more clear. We drove around for over 30 min just trying to "get to" it.

Beautifully decorated comfortable house in a wonderful location. Caroline was always available .

It was self catering with everything one would need. Location was wonderful to visit Bunratty or travel further into Clare or Galway. Caroline was a wonderful host even driving to Limerick to collect us after a concert when we couldn't get a taxi. She was kind and always at the end of a phone whenever we needed to query anything. We will certainly be recommending this property to our family and friends.

Little Gem @ Bunratty

Everything. Caroline the host was so pleasant to deal from initial booking to check out & followed up with me re belongings left behind. Caroline was so helpful. The house is absolutely spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. The location is perfect , situated right beside JP Clarkes which is a great gastro awarded pub/restaurant. We stayed with kids and did the Christmas Trail of lights experience which was really lovely & kids thoroughly enjoyed. We had family members staying in other holiday houses nearby but no 14 stood out from the others by a long shot. We will most definitely be back again next year and would highly recommend to anyone considering a stay @ Bunratty.

Caroline was wonderful and met us at #14 with the keys to give us the property overview. Property location is ideal and we were able to walk to restaurants and Bunratty Castle. Property is well maintained and very comfortable.

The downstairs bath has instant hot water, so showers are not a problem. The hot water heater for the upstairs bath is too small to accommodate multiple showers.

Bliss, you will not regret booking this lovely cottage.

What a lovely cottage,It was perfect in every way from the moment we were welcomed by our lovely host Caroline who showed us the cottage and explained how things worked, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The cottage has a lovely relaxing atmosphere created by pretty decor and soft furnishings throughout. The beds are very comfortable and it is extremely clean. I loved the Lime Basil and Mandarin toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Caroline has thought of everything to make this such a special place to stay , we will definitely be back.

Superb

The location was perfect for Bunratty Castle, good bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very roomy clean house, perfect for our family of 5. This was our second time to stay and we will definitely be back. Great for an early Christmas break, you can see the lights and hear the Christmas music playing throughout the day from the castle.

Great location, beautiful views out every window, comfortable beds, nice extra blankets in each room, quality blow dryer, nice hand soaps and lotions, helpful book with clear instructions, and wonderful care from Caroline. This property is nicely decorated and overall has a lovely feel.

Living room seating could be more comfortable. Noise from water pump, but it was fine for me, just more of a challenge for the person who is a light sleeper in the downstairs bedroom.

Home from home.

Loved everything else. Accommodation was terrific. Clean, modern & comfortable. Close to lots of great things to do and places to see. Owner very welcoming & helpful. It's our second visit & we recommend & will come again. Particularly enjoyed the fiddle playing from Bunratty Folk Park that we could hear from the back door every day. So peaceful & relaxing despite being near busy roads.

Internet not terrific. With it being used by most everyone now, it is now an essential part of daily life.

Nice little apartment but cleaning needs attention.

The host was pleasant and on time to hand over the keys. Although a key box would be more flexible when travelling.

Kitchen wasn't clean. Surfaces dirty and smeared with cloth. One cupboard still full of half eaten crisps and nachos from previous guests. Mattresses of poor quality and mattress cover not changed in between guests. Cover was plastic so very uncomfortable and was tangled underneath the sheet on arrival. Outdoor patio too overlooked to use.
