Riad Lalla Marrakech

Very clean property, good location. Nothing to complain about in this area. Polite and helpful staff. Beds nice and firm, clean towels and spacious rooms. Receptionist attentive and helpful. Roof available for guests for the evening.

Very strict breakfast hours, we did not stay for 3 breakfasts as we went for a hike for 3 days so we asked for an evening meal instead. Unfortunately not possible. It's not a thing to complain about but next time I would just check out and pay for the exact time we stayed. Also one of the girls left a period mark on the bedsheet and we were charged €20 for cleaning. Bit expensive price.

The breakfast was so delicious. They were super generous with portions. The kittens were adorable. The staf was super accommodating and friendly. The place was gorgeous. The location was unbeatable.

It was very clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was nice. Will be booking there for future stays

The rooftop was quite nice. The riad was located quite centrally, which was good as well.

The room was very dark and did not have windows except the one to the “patio”. The pictures looked quite different regarding the light, so we were expecting something different. The staff was nice but unfortunately was not able to give us proper information about where to catch a taxi to reach the popular trekking spot Imlil. We somehow thought that the tea they offered us was complimentary, but in the end we needed to pay. After being/feeling ripped of couple of times during our short time in Marrakech, this was just another annoying thing.
