Small and in a quiet place, owner very sociable and helpful, excellent breakfast and dinner is very good as well.

Calm Riad in the centre of Marrakech. Very nice hosts, excellent service, good breakfast and very good dinner. Everything was spot on.

Yusuf and Raja are super friendly and will accommodate your needs with a big smile on their face :) I did a desert tour and had to leave super early, they made sure breakfast is served before i leave (outside of the normal breakfast time) The room is clean and spacious The way to get there might feel dodgy but it is very safe and once u arrive to Marrakesh they will arange for you to be picked up from the closest point of the medina where a taxi will drop you off and a very nice man sent by them will drop you off at the riad door The Riad is very close to the heart of the medina 3-5 min walk

Beautiful building, beautiful big room with original, colourful decoration. Amazing ceiling decoration in my room too! AC heating was ok (for the cold nights). Clean own bathroom/wc. Nice uproof terrace, suitable for sitting and reading when the sun was shining. Very good breakfast serving from 9am. Very clean everywhere. Location was deep in the middle of medina, but it was easy to find after first night.

The owner Will promised me to send a taxi to pick me up from the Marrakech train station. It was a late rainy evening (9:35pm), but there was no taxi for me! I was a solo traveller and as a female I didn't feel safe there so late. I tried to call Will several times, but nobody answered. Finally he answered to my e-mail and told me that he'll send me another taxi. I didn't want to wait there any longer, so I took a taxi by myself. I had the address to the riad Maizie. The driver did everything he could to bring me near to the riad. After all I had to walk the rest of the journey and in the dark I got lost. After asking help and advice from several people, I could send information to Will, so he could find me. Finally he found me, but he was very rude to me, blaming me for everything and he started to walk so fast that it was very hard to follow him. When we finally arrived the riad, he hardly said nothing, only gave me the keys and shortly informed me about the breakfast time. So I had to ask him to bring me some tea, cause I was hungry and also wet after raining etc. Well, he brought me that. But I was quite disappointed and confused after his reaction. Those feelings followed me the next two days I was there. That's why I don't give 10 review, although everything else was absolutely fine there. I wonder if Will should start learning to offer an apology... that would be a big step towards good interaction.
