Riad Taziri

The welcome tea was very good, and the taxi service from the airport was quite convenient. Our room was very clean, the AC worked and the bathroom was satisfactory. They changed our towels once a day and were super kind and friendly. The location is pretty close to everything, and the decor is nice as well. I would definitely stay there again in the future. Decently affordable too.

Not much to complain about. In a perfect world, maybe a shower curtain, but I think it was mostly fine.

My friend and I liked everything about Riad Taziri. Not only was the atmosphere comfortable, beautiful and the entire property spotless, the hosts were incredibly (genuinely) kind, welcoming and accommodating. We had everything we needed. We ordered breakfast on our final day and they served it on the rooftop terrace which is a lovely space, complete with outdoor furniture -- dining table/chairs, chaise lounges and rooftop views. Breakfast was the best deal in town --- more than enough for two with fresh orange juice and mint tea (of course). Had we known, we would have eaten breakfast each day. They also sell bottled water. Riad Taziri is in an excellent location -- quick access to the wild and crazy tourist souks -- but also tucked away in an impressively quiet spot. The only thing we could hear were birds and routine calls to pray. We will definitely refer Riad Taziri to our friends and hopefully, return someday.

There were two things that would have made our stay a bit better: Instead of the mini-split A/C, one big ceiling fan would be excellent for warm days. We visited in mid-June and the weather wasn't THAT bad, but it would have been nice to keep the air circulating a bit more in the upstairs (the sleeps 3 bedroom). We didn't really need the A/C otherwise. The other thing would be a place to set our toiletries in the bathroom. Honestly, these are not deal-breakers; just nice-to-haves.

Being close to Jemaa al Fna was great. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming, they even walked us out once to show us the way to the center. Everything was walkable and if not, the taxi area was less than a 15 min walk from the place. Quiet at night, comfortable beds. This was one of 4 places we stayed at in different medinas where the bathroom didn't have a smell. Breakfast was also traditional and plenty we couldn't finish more than a third of what was served each day.

No issues at all with this road. We enjoyed our stay here and we were very comfortable.
