This beautifully decorated and well-appointed vacation home provides all the comforts needed while on San Juan Island. As soon as you open the front door, you will notice how much care has gone into making this home warm, convenient and all about relaxation and fun in one of the region’s most sought-after locations for getting away from it all. This home is located within a close walk to one of the island's best sandy beaches and the many trails at American Camp, as well as a 5-minute drive to South Beach, a local favorite spot with built-in County-approved fire pits for summer s'mores and BBQing. This property is perfectly situated for those who are wanting to be island active or looking forward to some peaceful island living.

The open floor plan is laid out with the kitchen, dining room, media room, living room and 3/4 bath (shower, sink, toilet) all on the main level. There is also a sleeping room with Queen bed on the main level; perfect for those not wanting to use stairs. The living room features comfy sofas, high ceilings and great lighting from the many windows with southern exposure. The dining room is connected to the kitchen and features seating for six with additional chairs plus a restaurant-style booster chair for tiny travelers. The counter bar has seating for four and sits just between the dining and kitchen areas.

The kitchen has all the appliances necessary including a microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, crock pot and is well-equipped with all the essentials for meal preparation, so everyone can enjoy cooking together in this spacious and open kitchen.

The upstairs boasts 3 bedrooms and "the kids' room" (3 Queen beds and 1 Bunk Bed), two bathrooms, and a yoga room/office for your enjoyment.

Children will enjoy running around in the spacious yard and playing on the swing set. Once the sun goes down, you can sit under the stars while roasting marshmallows and enjoying the outdoor fire pit (off season use only).

Fire pits are not usable from May 1st-September 30th due to county burn ban and safety of property and neighboring areas. Ban is usually lifted October 1st if/when conditions and weather are favorable. Firewood not provided.

This home has Central Air/ Air Conditioning. There are portable fans provided, however, opening a few doors and windows are adequate to cool down the home on a warm day.

This is a Non-Smoking property.

Yard work can take place throughout the month.

Cell phone service is fair at this property, and long-distance calling is allowed on the landline at no charge. The Wi-Fi connection is also adequate for making phone calls on your personal cell.
