Waterfront!! Beach Access! (Horseshoe Bay House)

Come and relax in this modern house surrounded by evergreen trees, a private beach, and stunning views of Henry Island and White Point! This home is located at the end of a quiet road.

Horseshoe Bay House is a great place to make some San Juan Island memories! This home was built in 2013, is comfortably furnished, and offers water views throughout. The house sits above the bay and the shoreline is accessed by a set of outdoor stairs. Depending on the tide, the beach is between 0 and 300 feet in length, perfect for launching kayaks or paddleboards (not provided). The famous Westcott Bay Shellfish Farm is a short paddle across the Bay!

There is no dock access at this property. High Bank Waterfront.

The kitchen and dining room provide enough space for everyone to gather comfortably around the table or prepare meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of dishes, cookware, and spices.

The upstairs primary suite has a view of the bay, a King-sized bed, and is connected to an ensuite 3/4 bathroom. Enjoy watching a movie on the flat screen tv with a Roku for streaming services.

The guest bedroom is upstairs with a view of the bay, a Queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom (plus a twin day bed, perfect for a child).

The home also has an extra twin bed rollaway which can be set up in either bedroom for a second child.

The living room's comfortable couch and heated concrete floors will keep you warm and comfortable during those winter months, or cool during the summer season. There is a1/2 bath just off of the living room.

For those traveling with electric vehicles, an electric vehicle charging station is provided at this home.

This house is perfect for two couples or two couples with a child.

Come and enjoy the gorgeous San Juan sunsets from Horseshoe Bay House!

If traveling with small children, please be very cautious due to the high bank waterfront.

This house has outdoor security cameras.

Dock is not for guest use.

No Pets.

This is a Non-Smoking property.

It is about a 15-minute drive from Friday Harbor and 10-minute drive from Roche Harbor.

Neighbors will be accessing the private dock through the shared gate at the driveway entrance (private dock is not for guest use).

The internet / Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing.

Please be advised, yard maintenance may occur during your stay.
