Deepwater Dock! Waterfront! On beautiful Mitchell Bay! The best sunset view on San Juan Island. This spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom waterfront home has exactly what you need to unwind on San Juan Island. (Hoeppner's Vista)
Located in Mitchell Bay, across from Snug Harbor Resort, this property is perfectly situated for a family or small group of friends looking to enjoy the Westside of San Juan Island and all of its bounty. Whales frequent Open Bay which is only a 5-minute boat ride from the property. Bring your fishing boat or rent one locally to utilize excellent summer salmon fishing and crabbing. The dock can moor power boats up to 30 feet or sail boats up to 40 feet. No shore power or water hook up.
Guests on boat count towards the Maximum Occupancy of the home. This neighborhood is very quiet, quaint, and tight-knit, and neighbors will notify management if maximum number of guests is exceeded.
The main level has an open floor plan so as to invite everyone to enjoy expansive views of the spectacular sunset.
The fully stocked kitchen, with its open countertops, provides a spacious area to enjoy fresh caught crab or Westcott Bay oysters (Westcott Bay Oyster Farm is just a 10-minute drive from the house). Guests can enjoy a casual meal at the breakfast bar for 4, or a sit-down dinner at the Dining table for 6.
The sliding glass door off the dining area leads to a deck with propane BBQ and 6-seater patio table. Enjoy a sunset drink or BBQ' d meal while enjoying the view of Snug Harbor Resort, Henry Island and Vancouver Island.

The main floor living area offers a large flat screen TV (Roku only) which is adjacent to a cozy mood setting electric fireplace with color light display. The panoramic living room windows will offer all the San Juan Island wildlife entertainment you are longing for!
On the main floor you will find the primary California King bedroom with en suite bathroom. A deck off the primary bedroom offers a private entry for a secluded area overlooking the beach.
The downstairs of the home offers 1 bedroom and 1 additional sleeping space, both equipped with a Queen sized bed. These two rooms share a 3/4 bathroom. The downstairs also has a second living area with a flat screen TV, as well as a foosball table.
**Recommend for only highly supervised children as the deck and dock are situated close to rocks and water**

Beautiful art deco house with beach access. Very comfortable on 2 floors with beautiful ocean views and sunsets. It had all amenities that I needed. Clean, in a very good location. I will used it again.

Two families took a 30' boat from Everett, moored at the dock, and took day trips. House was perfect for the 6 of us. Fantastic views, clean, huge kitchen with prep kitchen/butler pantry, quiet, peaceful. We loved the mid century decor, too.
We will definitely be back!

The house had a great set up and we loved the view and the foosball table. The tv was tricky to navigate and Netflix was in another language. The worst part however was that the house was not clean. Hairs and a personal shampoo bottle in the shower. The downstairs bathroom floor was dirty. Plates were wet and /or dirty. Our daughter went to sleep in the downstairs bed and it was full of sand. And the most disgusting part of all was someone’s fake eyelashes stuck to a bedside lamp. I was too repulsed to remove them. Considering the large cleaning fee charged I would expect a clean house. We would not stay in this house again and would think twice about other rentals on the island if using the same cleaners.
