Escape to Hoeppner's Vista, a spacious waterfront retreat on beautiful Mitchell Bay featuring some of the most spectacular sunset views on San Juan Island. Relax on the ground floor patio or perch on a log near the waters edge. (no dock access at this time and no main deck access at this time).
Nestled on the peaceful west side of San Juan Island, directly across from Snug Harbor Resort, the home offers an ideal setting for families or small groups seeking both tranquility and adventure.
Please note that this home is located in a quiet, close-knit residential neighborhood. It is not suitable for parties or large gatherings, and occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Bright, Open Living Spaces-
The main level features an open-concept floor plan designed to showcase breathtaking waterfront and sunset views. Large picture windows fill the home with natural light, while the comfortable living room offers a large flat-screen TV (Roku streaming only) and a cozy electric fireplace with customizable ambient lighting.
The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, whether you're cooking fresh Dungeness crab from Roche Harbor or Friday Harbor or serving locally harvested oysters from Westcott Bay Oyster Farm, just a 10-minute drive away. Guests can gather around the breakfast bar with seating for four or enjoy meals together at the dining table for six.
Comfortable Accommodations-
The main floor features a spacious primary suite with a California king bed, private en suite bathroom, and direct access to its own deck overlooking the shoreline.
The downstairs boasts a bedroom with a queen bed and water view, a shared three-quarter bathroom, a second living room with a flat-screen TV and a foosball table for family fun.
There is also an additional sleeping area with a queen bed

Beautiful art deco house with beach access. Very comfortable on 2 floors with beautiful ocean views and sunsets. It had all amenities that I needed. Clean, in a very good location. I will used it again.

Two families took a 30' boat from Everett, moored at the dock, and took day trips. House was perfect for the 6 of us. Fantastic views, clean, huge kitchen with prep kitchen/butler pantry, quiet, peaceful. We loved the mid century decor, too.
We will definitely be back!

The house had a great set up and we loved the view and the foosball table. The tv was tricky to navigate and Netflix was in another language. The worst part however was that the house was not clean. Hairs and a personal shampoo bottle in the shower. The downstairs bathroom floor was dirty. Plates were wet and /or dirty. Our daughter went to sleep in the downstairs bed and it was full of sand. And the most disgusting part of all was someone’s fake eyelashes stuck to a bedside lamp. I was too repulsed to remove them. Considering the large cleaning fee charged I would expect a clean house. We would not stay in this house again and would think twice about other rentals on the island if using the same cleaners.
