About this house rental
Private Beach! Enjoy the sweeping view of Haro Strait with Vancouver Island in the backdrop from the three expansive decks. A great property to watch the whales go by. (Whale Watch Beach Retreat)
This is a great property to watch the abundant wildlife or to launch your personal kayak. With its private beach, spacious grassy yard and media room, you will not run out of activities here.
The living room on the main floor is adjacent to the dining area and kitchen, with very comfortable seating and equally stunning views of Haro Strait and Vancouver Island. (The fireplace in the living room is not for guest use.) The living room is equipped with satellite television and a DVD player to gather around the cozy armchairs and large couches. Games and books are available as well.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s paradise. With a fully stocked supply of pots and pans, cutlery and spices, you also get to enjoy the spectacular water view directly from the kitchen.
The downstairs media room has a large flatscreen TV for the Satellite TV. Apple TV for streaming services is also provided on the flat screen. The media room also has a fold-out couch, full kitchen, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Wireless internet is available throughout the house and all of the three levels have outside seating on the deck to enjoy the beautiful sunset here on San Juan Island's Westside.
The primary bedroom encompasses the whole 3rd floor and has its own seating area with an electric fireplace and King-sized bed. The en suite bathroom is open to the bedroom so you can still enjoy the expansive view.
The other two bedrooms are located on the main floor on either side of the entry hallway and share a full bathroom, also located in that hallway. Both main floor bedrooms are equipped with a Queen bed, and one of the bedrooms also has a cozy daybed.
Enjoy morning coffee on one of the three decks, or take the stairs down to the beach to relax against a log while watching the sun set each evening.
This very comfortable home is the perfect place to enjoy the views on the westside of San Juan Island!
Professional landscaping service occurs at this property every Wednesday.
Fire pits are not usable from May 1st-September 30th due to the county burn ban and safety of property and neighboring areas. Ban is usually lifted October 1st if/when conditions and weather are favorable. Firewood not provided.
This house has Air Conditioning.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
