READ OUR REVIEWS!! We have the highest # of reviews!! This a great Athen's condo walkable to campus and close to downtown. The avg rate $115-150 per night plus cleaning fee and taxes,
a 2-night minimum. Rates are different for special event weekends, graduation and UGA game weekends. Calendar is kept updated, but book is not open more than 6 months out. Security Deposit may be added to a total at owner discretion. Great for short vacay or long term stay is available ask for pricing. This is a wonderful comfy, very clean, safe, quiet 2BR, 2 full bath renovated condo, 974 sq ft, .6 from the UGA campus, 1.5 to Stadium and 1.5 to downtown Athens. The condo sleeps 4. Extra guests NO MORE than 6 guests total, can use blow up queen bed. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and full tile tub/shower combo bathroom, carpeting, ceiling fan, flat screen tv, 2nd Bedroom has a full bed, a twin convertible ottoman, carpeting, ceiling fan and flat screen tv. 2nd full tub/shower combo bathroom is off living room. Queen blow up available as needed for extra guests. A pack and play and booster for babies available upon request. Condo is fully furnished with cute decor. Linens/Toiletries included. Kitchen is fully stocked and well equipped for all of your cooking needs, also has dishwasher. New Washer and Dryer. Dining Table has seating for 6 seats. There is blue ray dvd player, lots of dvd videos, new 42" smart tv, flat screen, ATT wireless wifi, comfortable seating, hardwood flooring in living area, tile in kitchen and baths. Easy parking and decals available during big weekends. Condo complex is quiet, safe and great for couples, families, golfers, and students visiting campus. Lots of shopping and great restaurants close by. A great alternative from a hotel, all the conveniences of home. Close to campus for sporting events and college visits and events. Close to the Classic Center and downtown for all Athens events. This is a 2nd floor condo, there are stairs, NO elevator. There are 5 stairs from parking lot to a set of stairs, 6 steps to a landing and 5-6 more to top. Check in is 3pm and checkout 11am, special times can easily be accommodated if possible. This is a NO PETS, NO SMOKING condo. Absolutely no smoking of any kind or use of fireworks, sparklers, inside or on deck porch.

Football and graduation dates requires 30-day cancellation notice, all others 14 days for full refund.
There is a community pool in Complex, but it has issues and is closed a lot, do not book because of pool. There are many great public pools nearby. Minimum age to rent is 25! This is not to be used as a party house!
