OVERVIEW:
Located on Milledge Avenue, you are close to UGA, the Botanical Gardens, and everything Athens has to offer. From the condo it's a 5 minute drive to campus and seconds from the loop to put you anywhere else in Athens. The condo has two big bedrooms with attached bathrooms. King Bed + Queen Bed + 2 Roll Away Beds. This condo is dedicated to visits just like yours, so it's like staying in a hotel only with a lot more space!
THE SPACE:
Fresh, clean, and trendy space. We have built the condo to give you a really comfortable stay where you can immediately feel at home.
- Memory Foam Mattresses on both the King and Queen bed.
- 55" TV in the Living Room
- Newly remodeled kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook
- Huge closets with both rooms
- Washer and dryer
- TVs in both Bedrooms
GUEST ACCESS:
We will send you a unique check-in code that will expire the day you check-out. You will let yourself in and have the condo to yourself.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
High-speed internet is provided but no cable TV service is provided. All 3 televisions are smart TVs, and it is very simple to login to your provider and stream whatever you like (If you already have cable, netflix, hulu, etc.). The unit is on the ground floor and is connected to other units on either side and above, so you will hear some noises through the wall (almost always it is very quiet).

The apartment was very clean. Parking adequate. Host communicated well. Easy keypad entry. We did not find any knives to use for cooking in the small kitchen. Otherwise everything was as expected.

Joel was an excellent host! Nothing was too much trouble - he even sourced me a kettle for my British tea! Very quick to respond to any queries. The apartment is well equiped, extremely comfortable beds, great location, quiet neighbourhood. Lovely pool all to myself. Definitely recommend and we hope Joel will have us back next time. We had a wonderful stay in this quiet complex that is convenient to campus. Immaculately clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds.
