Please note: the community is located very close to a concrete plant and train tracks, so there may be occasional noise from normal operations, which is part of the area’s industrial character.
Guests have private access to the entire unit, including the high-speed wifi, washing machine, dryer, spacious bedrooms, full en-suite bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances. Free parking is available.
The apartment is on the second (top) floor, so there’s no noise from anyone above you. Just keep in mind you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the unit.

This is a nicely appointed apartment in what appears to be a transitional neighborhood.There is ample off street parking and check in and out was easy. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing because on the day of check in I was told that the fridge was not working and that there was a minfridge in its place. A mini fridge for a deluxe apartment hosting 4 adults, that is advertised as being able to sleep 8, just doesn't meet the standard of experience promised. We paid a steep premium price given that it was graduation and mothers day weekend and we did not have the space for all of our groceries and beverages. Not having a fully functional fridge was a significant inconvenience given the premium price that we paid. After I submitted my complaint I was reimbursed 10% of the original charge, which I feel doesn't reflect the significant impact this had on our experience.
