About this house rental
Welcome to our home in Athens! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a large living area, and beautiful back porch ready for you to relax on. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
Please note we do not allow parties or group gatherings of any kind at this property. We take this very seriously and have a zero tolerance policy.
On the main level is the kitchen, living area, master bedroom (king bed), and master bath. On the second floor are two additional bedrooms (one with a King, the other two twins) and an additional bathroom.
Out back is a spacious deck with an outdoor dinning table and umbrella. If you'd like to grill while you're here, we provide a Weber grill for guests to use.
Well behaved dogs are welcome! Please send us a message to let us know they're coming. We have a large front and back yard but it is not fenced in. We ask that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.
** Please note, for full disclosure, that we do have ring security cameras on the exterior of the house and a decibel meter inside in an effort to deter parties at the property.

We really liked the location of this property. Very convenient to everything and only a few houses down the street from our family. This house is older and has very thin walls that you can hear everything through, including the busy street behind it. The kitchen is very small, so I wouldn’t think it would be comfortable to cook a decent meal in, but it is well equipped if you’re used to working in a smaller space. The property the house is on is absolutely beautiful and we loved the deer that were constant visitors.

The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of space for a family. The outside deck is perfect for morning coffee, reading a book or hanging with friends. It was perfect for our family of 4 while we were visiting Athens for a graduation.

The inside of the house was very clean and remodeled nicely. We were very close to shops and restaurants but in a quiet subdivision. We had deer in the backyard each morning. We needed to be close to the University of Georgia campus for a competition. We were only about 5-6 miles away. It was convenient but private. We brought our small dog with us and it worked out very well. There is a large yard for walking the dog. The only negatives were that the kitchen is very small. It was not a problem for us because we didn't need to do any cooking. So, it had nice applicances but not a lot of space. The other negative was that the yard could use some clean up/maintenance. There were multiple tree limbs down and some old structures that needed to be demolished. Other than those minor things, we had a great stay and would recommend it to others.

Very clean and pretty home with lots of space in a nice neighborhood! The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
