Bedroom one has a king size bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom two has two full beds. Dining table has seating for eight, plenty of room for everyone to sit down together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils, blender, electric griddle, and toaster, everything you need to prepare a meal.
There are two flat screen TV's, one in the LR and another in master BR. Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the home.
Covered Patio with a large backyard and plenty of parking in addition to a two-car garage. Property is the guest house on the front of owner’s 7-acre horse farm and animal sanctuary.

We were in Athens for graduation and this place was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean, well appointed and the garage is a nice bonus. When we come back to Athens, we’ll be definitely staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is quaint, cozy, and inviting. Communication with Heather was wonderful, especially since my booked trip wasn’t showing up in the “My Trips” in my acct. She assured me we were all good and stayed in contact with me letting me know all pertinent information. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This property was just lovely! Super clean, in a convenient location and the perfect size for our family. Loved that the main bedroom had an en-suite bath. Beds were very comfortable too. Living room was spacious and open to the kitchen with a large dining table. Nice space out back with a grill. The host was super responsive as well. We would definitely stay again while visiting our UGA student.
