Aveline Hospitality welcomes you to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom new build with brand new furnishings in the heart of Athens, Georgia! Our apartment and shared amenities are perfect for both short and long term stays.

The master and secondary bedrooms offer luxurious king-sized beds with memory foam mattresses and walk-in closets. Kick back and relax with flat-screen smart TVs set up with Netflix and Hulu.
An additional bedroom offers two twin-sized beds with memory foam mattresses and a workstation. We also provide a twin-sized rolling bed to accommodate additional guests.
Both bathrooms feature dual vanity sinks, oversized mirrors and brand-new shower tiles.
🍳 Kitchen and Dining:
Our fully equipped, sleek kitchen is a chef`s delight with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The space includes a dining table with seating for six and 4 countertop stools. We supply pots, dishware, flatware, knives and cooking utensils. You’ll also find a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and blender! However, we do not supply cooking ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper and spices. Conveniently located, a Publix supermarket is within a 3 min walk.

Unwind in the stylish living area, featuring contemporary furnishings and a 55” flat-screen smart TV set up with Netflix and Hulu.
🚗 Parking:
We provide 3 complimentary parking passes for convenient off-street parking ensuring a hassle-free experience.
💡Things to note:
Your safety matters. There is a Ring camera with audio located on the exterior part of the apartment (it does not look into interior spaces).
We are part of a large, respectful community. There is no smoking or parties allowed in the apartment and quiet hours begin at 10pm.

A great set up for a group in Athens, but a little far from the university. The unit was as described and very comfortable, although the kitchen was not as clean as we would have expected. The host was very responsive and overall, we would stay there again.
