About this house rental

Adorable cozy townhouse! Located in historic downtown - only 2 blocks from City Hall and a few more to UGA Arches, Classic Center and all that downtown has to offer. Also across the street from 7 acre Lay Park with playground, public pool, Lyndon House Arts Center & Museum and 1/2 a mile to North Oconee River Greenway! Enjoy shopping, dining, live music, festivals, art galleries. A few blocks from the Georgia Theatre and 40 Watt Club down the street from The Foundry. No need for a car but includes 2 designated parking spaces.

I love that it was near UGA yet so quiet! Simple instructions for check in/out. Lots of seating options and the screened in porch was so cool.
