Adorable cozy townhouse! Located in historic downtown - only 2 blocks from City Hall and a few more to UGA Arches, Classic Center and all that downtown has to offer. Also across the street from 7 acre Lay Park with playground, public pool, Lyndon House Arts Center & Museum and 1/2 a mile to North Oconee River Greenway! Enjoy shopping, dining, live music, festivals, art galleries. A few blocks from the Georgia Theatre and 40 Watt Club down the street from The Foundry. No need for a car but includes 2 designated parking spaces.

There were a few issues that the owner did not know about so I am trusting these will taken care of. Tried to call the owner the first night. She did not answer and did not call back. She did however respond to my message.
