Cute and comfortable house that worked well for our UGA Parent’s Weekend visit.
Location was not as close to town as we usually like, but not a far drive.

The Christmas decorations were cute and I liked the size of the fridge! Nothing else.
The kitchen was not fully stocked, missing several regular kitchen items that made it difficult to prepare meals. We had to purchase EVERYTHING which made the value of the house go even further down and our trip more expensive than it should have been. The television also cuts off randomly in both rooms while watching movies. Which was very annoying and made it difficult to enjoy quality family time. Cosmetic damages to the house especially the master bedroom door made me feel like I wasn't in the cute and luxury home that was advertised. Lots of ant hills in the back yard also which took away from the overall appeal of the fenced-in yard and my three small children put at risk for being bitten by fire ants. No fire wood whatsoever was available for the fire pit so my husband had to scavenge the streets to find tree branches so we could at least have a small fire and make smores together as a family. Overall our Thanksgiving holiday was thrown off completely by us staying here because of how lacking the property was in reality. Has lots of potential but it seems nobody cares about the home as much as they should. All the pretty decorations doesn't hide the fact that there was something wrong in every single room.
