About this apartment rental
This property is close to the university of Georgia located on the edge of the 5 Points neighborhood. Situated just off Milledge Ave this condo is only a few short minutes away from Sanford Stadium, Foley Field, Stegman Coliseum, the UGA Golf Course, Downtown Athens, and of course the 5 Points area where you will find great restaurants, bars, and other local venues. This unit sleeps 6 people comfortably. Located on one level and on the ground floor which is great for unpacking and taking small pets outside. The floor plan is spacious featuring an open concept where each bedroom is on an opposite side of the unit. The bedrooms have private baths and TVs. The owner's suite bathroom was recently upgraded to a walk in shower with a frameless glass door. There is also an additional queen bed to help accommodate two more people. The floor plan is spacious with room to hang out after UGA events or socialize with friends.

Great place! It was very close to UGA, five point and downtown Athens. Very clean and comfortable for my entire family. Nice decorations throughout the apartment. By far, the best place I stayed in Athens.
