Not as described: This property does not sleep eight. Our family of five stayed at this property for three nights during our tour of UGA. The hostess was welcoming and communicative. The property was quiet. However, it was not well-appointedโit lacked utensils (just five spoons) dishes (no glass bowls, a few worn plastic ones), no pot holders, no baking sheet.The tub was cracked, the shower faucet was broken (we had to call to have this fixed as there were five of us using one shower). The biggest disappointment was the sleeping situation: the property states it sleeps eight but the two sofa โbedsโ are actually futons less than 5 feet. Our son laid down with half his legs extending off the end. There was no proper bedding for these two sofa โbedsโ; we ran out to Target to purchase. I cannot recommend this property.
