Ten years ago we built our dream house near the little church of Agios Prokopios in Naxos. The house is built in typical cycladian architecture, with all modern facilities. Sofas and beds are wall built and equiped with comfortable mattresses. Extra attention was put in the outdoors environment, to respect the particular flora of Cyclades. The sea view from the balconies is spectacular. We have wonderful memories escaping from Athens with our child and friends there, near one of the best beaches in Europe. Now we decided to share this experience with others. We welcome families with kids, we have wonderful memories raising our child there, and we expect that they will respect the effort we have put to maintain our property. Pets are also welcome, as long as they belong to a conscious owner.
Our property has a main house and a guest house. The main house is 150 sq meters and on the 1 st floor has a bedroom ( 1 double bed and private bathroom) and a wc, a living room , a kitchen and a dining area. In the 2nd floor there are 1 bedroom and a large a bathroom with bathtub and a shower. All rooms have verandas with beautiful sea view.
The quest house is next to the main and is 50 Sq meters. It's has a living room with a kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom

Photos do not do justice to this amazing house! Its bright, beautiful, spacious
contemporary and has amazing views from every room! The studio was perfect for my parents (it's a self contained flat within the house) with it's own entry. My husband and I, our 2 adult sons and 3 of their friends enjoyed the main house. (We were 9 adults in total) and it was perfect. We rented ATV vehicles for our stay but most evenings walked along the beach to the fabulous restaurants in the village. We would without hesitation stay there again. Wonderful!!

We staied in Marinella's house from 23 to 30 August and it was simply fantastic!!
The house is very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, linens, dishes, etc). The decor is very pleasant, welcoming and great attention to detail, the spaces are ample and satisfying (we were 6 adults and 6 children). Beautiful terrace for eating and garden with barbeque. Do not miss enything..just arrived we found everything ... .Water, oil, toilet paper, soap, towels, various foods .... and even the moka coffee maker and Nespresso !! In short, it was like being at home !!
The location is great, near one of the most beautiful beaches of Naxos not too equipped and the village where we found excellent and not expensive restaurants. I suggest Taverna Perama where less than 15 € you eat plentiful and excellent grilled fish and Greek appetizers.
At home there is no wifi but you can found it just going in the nearby hotel
Mrs. Marinella and the assistant Betty are very welcoming and helpful ... .I highly recommend a stay in this house that still (after 10 days of return) we miss very much !!

This is our second time staying at Marinellas house on Naxos. We love the house, it is quite big. This time we were two families of four with small children (from 3 to 7 years old). The house is very confortable (three bathrooms) and offers extra, for example a Nespresso machine. The shaded patio stays cool even when the sun is shinning. Everyone loved going to the beach which is only 5 minutes walking distance. We did not have a car but ordered a taxi whenever we felt like visiting the town, which is about 10 min by car. We would love to go back.
