Fabulous Location

This apartment is in a fantastic location—perfectly situated between the beach and the port, and close to plenty of great restaurants. Very near the very beautiful old town cobbled alleyways and shops. The hosts were excellent and very responsive to any questions we had. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the couches was very comfortable, while the other was a bit firm. Access was easy, as we were able to be dropped off right at the door.

This apartment does not have a lot of kitchenware. We managed but a few more glasses, coffee cups and teaspoons would just make it almost perfect!

Spacious apartment in the heart of town

Eventhough the apartment is in the heart of town, it’s quiet. The beach is a 10 minute walk. Restaurants and shops are around the corner. We had the apartment on the first floor with the terras for us to use. The apartment is spacious. The beds comfortable. The sofa bed is comfortable as well. We were with 5 adults so 2 bathrooms are very handy. The kitchen is simple but good enough. Initially we only had 1 key with an electricity card attached so a bit unpractical for 5 adults who come at go at different times. We received a second one when we asked. The communication with Con was fast. I can recommend staying in this apartment.

Very central, amazing location which was an easy walk from the port. Very friendly neighbours who helped us with our bags/travel plans when required. Lovely rooftop seating area with a view. Kostas was very helpful on arrival.

Bathroom light didn’t work but we just used a spare lamp.

Beautiful apartment very well located, comfortable, clean, with everything necessary for a family of 4. Perfect terrace with a distant view of the sea, and best of all, you can see the Temple of Apollo from there.

Reasonably priced and central

Really central and clean. We had the maisonette so it was quite comfortable and all towels and bed sheets felt new. The beds were super comfortable. It is not as modern as other properties but it is the real center-house experience. It was very clean.

I booked the maisonette because I thought it had two bathrooms (toilet and shower) but it was 1 bathroom (toilet and shower) and one wc. Perhaps I misunderstood from the description. It was quite noisy at night (at least the ground floor and one of the bedrooms). Again, I understand that if you book at the center this is something to be expected. The property is big so other options of the same property might be more quiet.

Naxos is worth a trip and family location like this makes it better

Complete entire house to yourself is a huge blessing We're family of 5 and fit well 2 Toilets makes everything super manageable Laundry on-site was an extra bonus Loads of clean linen and towels Very nicely decorated and very clean Rooftop with sunset views is the key highlight. Just wow

Staircase is tight and low. They need to put padding on staircase to prevent tall people bumping their head like me.

An absolute highlight!

This property is AMAZING! It is very spacious for a group and is in the perfect location to still be central but quiet. The rooftop view is breathtaking and has the perfect view of sunset. The property owner was very responsive and incredibly helpful. He gave us some fulfil tips for getting around the island I wish we could’ve stayed here longer!

The location was great. The apartment was very comfortable

There was not enough toilet paper for our stay but it was given to us when we ask for it. There is not daily cleaning which is fine but they were supposed to remove the trash and did not do it the first day , but it was taken care of the second day after we contacted them.

Efficient apartments in a great location.

Upon arrival I was surprised at the amount of stairs. And one of the apartments I booked was not 2 bath but 1 and a 1/2 bath. However I reached out to the manager and they accommodated me as much as possible. The location is excellent! My family loved Naxos and this was an easy location to get everywhere.

Great location

Location is great, we walked easily from the port with large wheeled suitcases and supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within 5 minutes walk. Bed is super comfortable. Quick response to any queries. Very good price.

No drawers to put your clothes / underwear in. Internet very spotty. Lack of cooking utensils (spatula, cooking knives, tea towel). Shower head needs replacing (but water pressure and temperature good)

Wonderful apartment which I will come back again.

The lovely rooftop garden where we have out breakfast daily. Owner is responsive and attended to all our queries and requests promptly. Apartment is really clean and well kept. Kitchen is well equipped from dishwasher to oven and cutlery though we hardly use much. Towels changed daily. Location is amazing. Near the port and bus terminal to get to the beaches and villages. Plenty of eateries, bakeries and shops around.

The location was in the middle so close to the old town/waterfront and beach resort area.

Other neighbourhoods using all the hot water and had to inquire. Was informed to turn on the hot water switch. Lots of stairs as it’s 3 floors. For some with mobility issues it would be a concern. However, the roof deck view was beautiful.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, so it is really easy to reach the port and the main village of the island. It is very clean and well equipped. The owner is very friendly and always available. Definitely recommended!

Friendly staff, clean hotel with great location!

Great location walking distance to the main area with restaurants, bars, shops, ferry and Temple of Apollo. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We had a really cute courtyard where we would hang out at night. The hotel was very clean, shower was spacious with great water pressure. Such a lovely stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment and amazing host

Amazing location, five minutes walking either from a beautiful beach or all restaurants and shop The apartment is beautiful restored and lovely presented with stone walls on view and a traditional Greek shower enclosure in the en-suite master bedroom Host Kostas is a professional and great help- even made restaurant bookings in our behalf to ensure we got a good time The host even helps by keeping a car spot available just at your door steps- which is not a given with narrow Greek style streets 😅 Thank you Kostas we will be back again

No criticism As a suggestion- a microwave, an ironing board and a Nespresso-type coffee maker will make it perfect 👍

Lovely house, perfect for 5 friends - amazing, welcoming host

The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The house was a perfect space for 5 friends and a great location - central to everything. The stairs inside the house can get a bit tiring but it was worth it for the view from the terrace at the top.

Hard to bring large suitcases up the stairs but the rest of the property made up for it.
