Naxos Center Houses

The location of this small apartment was very good, about a 10-15 minute walk from the ferry port, with very little uphill. I really liked having a ground floor apartment with no stairs to climb. The bed was very comfortable and even though it was up on a platform, the few steps to get in the bed were extremely stable and not hard to manage at all. The AC worked really well and the room was very clean. The price was good, being a budget room in this set of apartments, so I appreciated the value of the room.

I knew from other reviews that the shower was oddly placed in the room, but it was fine for one person; I wouldn't have wanted to have a roomie with that arrangement though. The kitchen stovetop worked well, but I had to look it up on YouTube to see how to operate it. It wasn't intuitive at all, so a written instruction in the apartment would be nice to have. There were no cooking utensils at all, not even a spatula or plastic spoon, so that made it difficult to cook eggs. And there was no toaster or microwave so difficult to heat anything up except on stovetop. Just a few little additions would have made it much better.

Central location, terrific amount of space, very comfortable beds, wonderful host with good communication. Loved having a washing machine.

Would have been nice to have hot pads to use oven and spatula for cooking but overall kitchen was stocked with basics for cooking.

The water from the shower smelt bad as well as the floors being dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and security was low. We didn’t speak to a staff member whilst being there.
