The house is spacious and the views are stunning! You can spend a week sitting on the terrace and looking at the sea. Also, the small beach is nearby, making it a great place to stay with a family. Rio Marina harbour is a quiet and charming locality and there is plenty of stunning places you can walk/hike to. I definitely recommend the place.
The house is a bit underseen. Some of the equipment was broken (e.g. hoover, hand shower), some were just very outdated (microwave, kitchenette, some pieces of the furniture, shower) and thus doesn't seem clean. Given the price range and the fact you pay 150 EUR for cleaning, one may expect the house to be kept with more care. I understand that the place itself is so cool you do not need to invest in small restoration work to rent it, but I believe that the amendments should be done given that some costs could be easily covered with a single clearing charge (e.g. substitution of the broken hand shower).
