Beautiful beachside farmhouse on Tuscany Coast

Casanuova is a charming and spacious traditional Maremman Isolated farmhouse on a vast wheat and sunflower farm, near a beach facing the Elba Island.For summer 2020 the booking policy is flexible. An ideal location for enjoying both the country and seaside of Tuscany, visiting historic sites in the area and beyond, and relaxing in absolute privacy with family and friends. Casanuova is furnished with rustic antiques, has terra cotta tile flooring, high ceilings with wooden beams, superb views of unspoiled fields and secular pine woods. Surrounding the house is a large and ventilated fenced garden, perfect for children, with pine, and eucalyptus trees,a grape vine covered pergola shadowing an outdoor table for dining al fresco, a barbeque, garden furniture and a ping-pong table. Nearby there is a famous bay for the Etruscan archaeological site of Populonia and the magnificent beach and several delightful medieval towns. Guests can easily make day trips to the most beautiful cities of Italy, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. The Sea is 5 minutes away by car and reachable on foot if You wish across the fields.


The farmhouse Casanuova is situated in the middle, far left hand side of the above picture titled “View of Casanuova’s countryside & coast”, while the owner’s medieval tower is situated in the middle of the same picture:You can see picture on request. Casanuova has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It’s on two levels, has terra cotta tile flooring throughout, and is furnished with some rustic antiques. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and exposed old wooden beams. All three of the bathrooms are large, one has a shower and two have bathtubs with hand held shower wands. All of the windows have moskito screens and there are electric space heaters.


There is a spacious dining room with a table for 9 . Ground floor has a bathroom and a laundry room. The former stable, which occupies most of the ground floor’s space, has been turned into a spacious patio room with garden furniture.


First Floor: stairs lead up to the first floor, which has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room with a brick fireplace, four bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed (two twins made together) and an en suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with two twin beds and one bedroom with a single bed. The other first floor bathroom is between these bedrooms.

Beaches and other.: BEACHES: it’s about 6 minutes to the sea from Casanuova by car , which is equipped with beach umbrellas and towels. Guests enjoy parking bordering the sand beach of a tourist resort. There are plenty of other nice sand beaches in the area, such as the unique one of the Baratti Bay and the very long one of the Rimigliano Natural Park. You must not miss the fabulous experience of the rocky seaside Buca delle Fate edging the Baratti Bay. 1 hour and a half cleaning per day .


OTHER: A take away pizza is situated 6 KM from the entrance gate.
