Exceptional

Very good location. The beach is only 3 minutes away. Balcony with a view of the marina and the sea. The apartment is located at the beginning of the city center and offers all living comfort and parking for a car. Since the apartment was already ready, the owner allowed us to move in already in the morning, which I really appreciated because we were traveling with a dog and it was very hot. The communication with the owners was excellent and everything was arranged before our arrival. All praises.

30km sandy beaches in both directions left Marina di Castagna Carducci, right towards Piombino - super location! From the house, the little town of San Vinzenzo with a nice shopping street, restaurants, pizzeria, you can buy anyting, very nice, not too big...Beach boulevard next to the marina with cosy bars and restaurants...super... Villa Liberty is a very good choice, though we got the best apartment, 1st floor, 2 windows, big terasse to the sea, sunsets..beach fish restaurants right, left...The small shoping streets and pizzerias are just here...A place I can return to...

We had a nice stay in villa liberty and recommend this place for other visitors

The host of villa liberty is very friendy and absolutely uncomplicated. The handover of the keys was very easy and well instructed. The villa is located in the very centre, behind the harbour with a direct view over the sea and just arround the corner of the shopping promade. The appartment was vell equipped with a big room. The accommodation provides car parking (for additional cost) and a free sun shade with deck chairs for free at the near located private beach.

Due to the centered location, the place can be noisy from the main street directly in front of the villa. The floor on the terrase and in the appartment was a bit dirty which probaly comes from the high frequented street in front of. The beach in San Vincenzo was not very nice and not worth to go (from our point of view).

Super zentrale Lage mit schöner Terrasse und einem schönen Blick auf das Meer

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Wir hatten jeden Tag einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, gleich zum Strand und in die Stadt. Am Strand stehen 2 Liegen mit Schirm und sind im Preis dabei. Praktisch ist das Parken auf dem Gelände. Hinter dem Haus ist eine Bäckerei und ein fantastisches Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen. Wir waren jeden Abend dort. Wir kommen wieder!

Ottima e bella struttura a due passi dal centro. Abbiamo soggiornato nel trilocale posto al piano terra dietro alla villa, dotato di tutto e molto comodo per famiglie con figli piccoli, compreso di posto auto e servizio spiaggia (ottimo). Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Ad essere pignolissimi, la doccia un pò piccola di dimensioni.

Insgesamt war der Urlaub von Mängeln, Wartezeiten und viel Eigeninitiative geprägt. Nicht erholsam!

Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Hausmeister: Er war sehr freundlich, stets bemüht und die einzige Konstante im ansonsten enttäuschenden Service.

Beim Öffnen der Türen kam uns ein stark muffiger Geruch entgegen. Die Reinigung war offensichtlich unzureichend – erst am nächsten Tag wurde nachgereinigt, allerdings nur oberflächlich und mit sichtbar schmutzigem Wischwasser. Letztlich mussten wir selbst gründlich putzen, um ein sauberes Wohngefühl zu haben. Ein Tresor war laut Buchungsanzeige vorhanden – tatsächlich fehlte er aber. Erst während unseres Aufenthalts wurde er nachträglich eingebaut. Dabei entstand Bohrstaub, der nicht entfernt wurde. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte zunächst nicht richtig. Eine Behebung erfolgte erst nach mehreren Tagen – wertvolle Urlaubszeit ging durch Warten auf Reparaturen verloren, auch weil zusätzlich noch ein Wasserkocher fehlte, der ebenfalls erst später gebracht wurde. Die Waschmaschine, die laut Beschreibung in der Küche sein sollte, befand sich stattdessen in einem Keller eines anderen Hauses – dieser roch extrem stark nach Schimmel und war kein Ort, an dem man gerne Wäsche waschen möchte. Das Wasser aus dem Hahn hatte teilweise eine eigenartige Farbe, das bereits eingefüllte Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine roch muffig – wenig vertrauenserweckend. Parkplätze waren zwar ausreichend vorhanden, aber eine andere Mieterin meinte offenbar, sich als Parkplatzwächterin aufspielen zu müssen – das trug nicht gerade zur Erholung bei. Am Abreisetag mussten wir das Zimmer deutlich früher verlassen als angegeben, da die Reinigungskraft sichtlich genervt vor der Tür wartete und Druck machte.

Ottima posizione vicino alla spiaggia ed al centro città. Comodo il parcheggio privato. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

Con la finestra aperta si sentiva il rumore della strada ma con la finestra chiusa non si sentiva più niente.

In sensationeller Lage!

Super nette Villa mit Lage direkt am Hafen bzw Meet. Das Sitzen am Balkon und Lauschen des Meeresrauschen war mein Highlight des Tages. Paolo ist ein sehr freundlicher und bemühter Gastgeber. Das Willkommensgeschenk für uns UND das für unsere Hündin war ein nettes Highlight zusätzlich! Die Wohnung enthält alles was man braucht, sogar eine Mikrowelle wäre vorhanden. Das Auto kann im Hof geschützt geparkt werden. Am Strand stehen außerdem gratis Liegen und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung! Es waren sehr erholsame und angenehme Tage in der Villa Liberty, danke dafür - und klare weiterempfehlung!!

Apprezzata vista mare dal terrazzo, posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia e comodo parcheggio interno alla struttura. Proprietari disponibilissimi per qualsiasi richiesta.

Strand hatte WLan

Der beworbene Meerblick ist faktisch nicht vorhanden – man muss ans Terrassengeländer und über ein Trockendock schauen. Wohnung war bei Ankunft nicht sauber (Schmutz, Haare, verschmutztes Geschirr), Steckdosen teils defekt, kaum Ausstattung (kein Spülmittel, kein Toilettenpapier, kein Putzzeug). Eine Verletzungsgefahr durch rostige Nägel unter dem Stuhl war ebenfalls gegeben. Der Strandbereich war okay, aber durch Baustellenfahrzeuge gestört. Insgesamt enttäuschend und nicht wie beschrieben.

Ein erholsamer, angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem wirklich schönen Haus mit gepflegter Umgebung!

Die direkte Lage gegenüber dem Hafen und dem Meer. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse aus der zweistöckigen Wohnung mit dem Turmzimmer (Schlafzimmer) ist einfach einmalig und aussergewöhnlich. Ebenso ist der Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft ein grosses Plus! Umgebung sehr gepflegt und sauber! Perfekt! Danke an die netten, freundlichen Gastgeber und dem sympathischen Hausmeister!

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung! Ein kleiner, persönlicher Tipp an die Gastgeber, evtl. die Sauberkeit der Wohnung vor Ankunft der Gäste nochmals zu überprüfen!
