We stayed for almost a month and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The location is excellent, in a quiet part of San Vincenzo, right next to the beach, while still having everything within easy reach. Communication with Alice was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment is spacious, the outdoor area is great, and parking inside the gated property was a big plus.
Better insect/mosquito protection would be helpful. In the evenings, you need to be mindful not to leave an easy way for them to get inside. Parking by other cars in the street can also be a bit chaotic at times, which occasionally makes getting out of the property more difficult.
