wonderful place- highly recommend

beautifully done high quality appartment with great rooms and bathrooms, bed and everything very comfortable. working TV with streaming services and fast enough internet for it to actually work! kitchen was also well equipped.

everything was great, only small stuff could be added, there were no hangers in the closets and the kitchen could use some tea towels and some more mugs and cups otherwise you are constantly cleaning the cups as there is only one per person..

Wohnung mitten in San Vincenzo

Die zentrale Lage (Balkon zur Flaniermeile) nichts für lärmempfindliche, morgens um 6Uhr wird die Strasse gereinigt. Der kurze Weg zum Strand war super. Wohnung war gut ausgestattet es war alles da und sehr sauber. (haben nie gekocht, nur kaffe im mokka gemacht).

Die verkalkte Duschbrause müsste ersetzt werden.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft!!

Wir waren im Penthouse Apartment. Das Apartment ist wirklich klasse, eins der schönsten, das wir je hatten (wir legen großen Wert auf die Unterkunft). Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zwei große Schlafzimmer, zwei große Bäder, unglaublich gemütliche und bequeme Betten, 4 Klimaanlagen sorgen für angenehmes Raumklima. Das Apartment hat eine wunderschöne große Terrasse, ein Schlafzimmer hat auch noch eine angrenzende kleine Terrasse. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Leckerer Kaffee aus einer Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine sorgt für italienisches Urlaubsgefühl! Sonst ist auch alles für den Haushalt da, inklusive einer Erstausstattung mit Spülmaschinen, Tabs, Waschmittel, Putzutensilien. Das Apartment war sehr sauber! Zur Begrüßung gab es Wasser, einen traditionellen Kuchen und ein paar Kleinigkeiten fürs erste Frühstück (Zwieback, Marmelade, Kaffee, Zucker..). Da hat man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt! Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Fußgängerzone, aber trotzdem ruhig, da die Schlafzimmer zur anderen Seite gelegen sind. San Vincenzo ist ein toller Urlaubsort, geschmackvolle Läden, tolle Restaurants, schöner Strand! Das Apartment und der Ort sind wirklich zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a San Vincenzo e parte del merito va sicuramente a questo splendido appartamento. La posizione è perfetta: affaccia direttamente sulla passeggiata principale del paese ed è a pochi passi dal mare, permettendoci di vivere al massimo la vacanza senza bisogno di spostamenti. La struttura ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità e attenzione, venendo incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze, specialmente quelle della nostra bambina di 1 anno. L’organizzazione nell’accoglienza è stata impeccabile, facendoci sentire subito a casa. L’appartamento è di alto livello, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza comoda e rilassante. Un’esperienza che consigliamo assolutamente e che speriamo di poter ripetere presto!
