La vicinanza al mare e il metodo di check in
Che viene controllata poco, evidentemente gli ospiti prima di noi avevano lasciato dei danni in appartamento e nessuno ha controllato e noi ci siamo trovati con queste problematiche. Questo però è il rovescio della medaglia del check in con keybox, utile e semplice ma poco controllato.

Die Nachbarn nebenan waren immer sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht. Generell sehr ringhörig, keinen Staubsauger

Die Lage am Strand ist super.
Keine Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus (alle 6 "kostenlosen Privatparkplätze" dauerhaft belegt). Müllentsorgung: Kein Restmüllbehälter (indifferenzato) auf der Straße! Außendusche war abgeschlossen (alle hatten Schlüssel, nur wir nicht).
