Es ist ein mega schöner Ort und hat alles. Wir fanden es schön dass unser Haus einen grösseren abstand zu den anderen hatte somit hat man viel Privatsphäre...Genau was wir gesucht hatten.

Tutto bellissimo! L’appartamento è molto spazioso e completo di tutto il necessario.
La posizione è fantastica e Stefano è stato davvero gentile e disponibile.
Se dovessi tornare all’Isola d’Elba, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo alloggio! 🌞

Sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Wir waren in der Stadtwohnung mit einer Familie mit drei Kindern. Stefano hat uns freundlich empfangen und wir konnten problemlos unser Apartment tauschen, da uns die Anreise zu dem Agriturismo mit einem Minivan zu abenteuerlich war. Das Apartment selbst war gut ausgestattet und ansprechend gestaltet.

Du Lage ist toll, ruhig, im Grünen, Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen und zu Fuß in die Stadt, mehrere Terrassen samt Möbeln und Grill, am Strand Kajaks, Tretboot, SUPs, Tischtennis, (etwas ältlicher) Kicker, Liegestühle …, innen stilvoll und gut ausgestattet, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter!
Die Zufahrt ist herausfordernd, aber zu meistern. Je größer das Auto desto kritischer (unseres ist 2,11m breit - aber viel mehr wäre kein Spaß…)
In der Küche/Essbereich wäre mehr Licht schön. Und Mückengitter im Schlafzimmer.
