Agriturismo Sapereta

Da molti anni che vengo in questo luogo immerso nel verde ben curato,pulito dove c'è tutto ciò che serve. Situato in un punto strategico a 5 minuti di macchina c'è il lido di capoliveri se preferisci farti una passeggiata sono circa 2 km. Dotato di piscina per gli ospiti Biancheria Stoviglie Lavanderia a monete. Agriturismo dove mangiare. Gli animali sono ammessi e sono ben accetti anche al Lido di Capoliveri. A pochi metri c'è il supermercato ma lungo la strada trovi frutta fresca e prodotti tipici. Lo consiglio.

Logement sympa simple et efficace avec la Clim. Personnels très sympa et agréable. Très belle piscine très bien entretenue. Situation parfaite pour visiter l’île. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour d’une semaine sur l’île d’Elbe.

Ambiente molto curato.

Agriturismo molto bello e ben curato, come anche gli appartamenti. Ottimi gli spazi comuni (tipo piscina). Il nostro appartamento era grazioso e funzionale con più accessori compresi di quanto previsti. Serve necessariamente l'auto per qualsiasi spostamento, ma vicino c'è anche il supermercato.

Unica e veramente unica pecca la mancanza della linea internet negli appartamenti: oltre a non prendere alcun gestore telefonico (noi ne avevamo 3 diversi e nessuno era ottimale) non arriva neppure la wifi, linea che invece è perfetta negli spazi comuni ed al ristorante.

Un peccato!

La location, la posizione, il ristorante, la piscina

Appena arrivate scopriamo che la lavatrice che era chiaramente indicata fra le dotazioni in camera non solo è in comune con gli altri appartamenti, ma oltretutto è anche a pagamento! L'appartamento è buio, scomodo e avrebbe bisogno di una bella svecchiata. Aria condizionata rumorosa perché impianto vecchio, inoltre il soppalco dove è presente il letto rimane comunque caldissimo, quindi si dorme al caldo e con il rumore. Al posto del bidet un doccino completamente incrostato di calcare. Mini bagno, zero piani di appoggio (basterebbe qualche mensola in più) Impossibile guardare la TV in due perché è presente solo una piccola poltrona. Molte zanzare e nessuna zanzariera. Wi-fi che non arriva in camera e anche i dati mobili non funzionavano, un bel problema per chi come noi ama organizzare gli spostamenti giorno per giorno usando internet. Raccolta differenziata obbligatoria e va benissimo, ma almeno attrezzate l'alloggio con dei contenitori anziché fornire solo dei sacchetti volanti da appendere dove capita! Noi ci adattiamo e in vacanza non facciamo polemiche che ci farebbero solo perdere del tempo prezioso quindi ce lo siamo fatto andare bene, tanto più che eravamo quasi sempre fuori casa, ma per quel prezzo a notte ci aspettavamo qualcosa di decisamente migliore. Un vero peccato perché il posto in sè merita, ma non torneremo.

l'appartamento era assolutamente fatiscente: rubinetti incrostati come le piastrelle e i sanitari, mobili di riciclo inadatti agli spazi e vecchi da usura come le stoviglie, invasione di formiche per aiuole trascurate.

Gute Lage für Erkundungen

Trotz Nähe zur Hauptverkehrsstraße war es in der Anlage sehr ruhig. Man kann von hier aus sehr gut die Insel erkunden. Den großen Pool habe wir genossen, Zum Teil hatten wir den ganzen Bereich für uns allein. Auch nach der Rückkehr von den Ausflügen tat es nochmal gut, in den Pool zu gehen. Das Appartement selber war groß genug für uns mit einer schönen Terrasse. Für die Autos gibt es überdachte Stellplätze.

Die Ausstattung ist zwar ausreichend aber zum Teil sehr einfach. Zur Mülltrenung ist zu sagen, dass wir das grundsätzlich in Ordnung fanden, aber für die Müllbeutel gab es keine Eimer, sodass die Beutel auf den Boden gelegt werden mussten. WLAN gab es nur im öffentlichen Bereich, also im Restaurantbereich oder am Pool. Glücklicherweise gehören wir aber noch zu der Generation, die auch ohne leben kann.
