View to die for.....Sweet Dreams is the lower left unit of four units of Beach Dreams.It is a Two bedroom unit that will sleep six with a sleeper sofa and two twin beds in the second bedroom. It has two bathrooms and a full kitchen. One car per unit is allowed. If you need additional parking, it is available however only one car is the allowed limit. Washer and dryer included as well as dishwasher. Nothing better than this spot for your beach dreams. This unit offers one master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Beach towels, two beach chairs and one umbrellas are included with this rental. Internet and wifi is included, however, It is the island and once in a while it is not working. This is normal on the island also. This property is 308 Gulf Drive South unit B.

This is the first time that we stayed at a VRBO home and it met all of our expectations. This is listed as a house in which it is, however it is divided up into four sections or units which I had assumed, but I don’t believe it is spelled out in the listing. It was plenty of room for three adults and three kids. The beach view was perfect. The home was very nice and clean with a great working washer and dryer. Communication with with the host was easy and although it is divided into four different sections, we never had any trouble with the other renters or even really notice them. The home is very up-to-date and had everything we needed.

Exactly as pictured/advertised. Great location, right on the beach. Central to shops and restaurants. It’s not a large place, but it was perfectly comfortable for two adults and two teen girls. Clean, simple. And, again, the location is stellar. Beautiful sunsets right outside your door.

Great beachfront location. Clean and comfortable. We did have quite a surprise when we checked in, as there was a man inside who turned out to be renting the upstairs unit. He had checked into the wrong unit. He was apologetic and moved out quickly, but it could have been truly awkward. Perhaps a different approach with door codes would be safer than leaving units unlocked. We also noticed that most power outlets did not work. Additional towel racks in the bathrooms would have also been appreciated. All in all it was a nice place in a great location.

Property was damaged from a hurricane and was quickly thrown back together. No one updated or put a disclaimer up that what was advertised was not what we were getting. The only thing accurate was the location. I have lots of pictures to show. Also 3 out of the five of us cut ourselves from broken items in the sand in front of the building that was never cleaned up. We would recommend that you ask for recent photos so you see what it actually looks like. Again, location is great. Just disappointed if not getting a nice place like the pictures showed.
