Definitely a nice property right on the beach. We were disappointed that the pictures of the property were not the same as when we booked it in January. The porch was supposed to have a swing that my widowed mom was highly looking forward to. The room with 2 beds were bunk beds which was not pictured at time of booking Walkable to everything

The place was immaculate. The view from the back porch every morning was the best. And the 50 steps to the beach in the powdery sand that never gets hot was also the best. Across the street and down Bridge Street was everything we needed. Friendly people and fabulous food. We will be back.

Stayed at Capri Condo end of April 2026. Can't say enough about the location, it was perfect. Not only was it right on the beach, it's also steps away from Bridge Street with all its stores, restaurants and entertainment. The condo was extremely clean with plenty of room for 5 adults. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Check in was easy but no parking pass was in the condo as was stated in correspondence, so went to property management office the next day to get one.Great to be able to walk out to the beach from our living room and great shaded patio. Also great to be able to walk to restaurants. Spacious and all new appliances- could tell it had been recently updated. Loved the large island. Great storage throughout the condo. Would have liked updated pictures of the furniture in the living room- one of the reasons we chose the property was the seating configuration depicted in the picture and that is not how it currently looks- furniture is all different. No ottoman/footstool. Would have liked to have some puzzles/games/cards available but condo was very sterile and there were none there.For some reason, every time we showered in both the master bath and the second shower, we all began sneezing and had watering eyes/noses for about an hour afterwards- not sure why. Had to take extra allergy pills.Master bed was very firm- uncomfortably so. Sliding door in master bedroom did not lock- informed property management the day after arrival - was told a work order was in and it had been assigned, however this still was not fixed when we departed six days later, so property was not secure and still may not be-someone could walk directly off the beach and into the master bedroom. We did also call the property manager again the day prior to departure to let them know this.
