Large 2nd bedroom en-suite bath and queen-sized four-poster bed, coil sprung mattress, and high thread count 100% cotton sheets. Open-plan kitchen, dining, living area with leather sofa and Queen-sized day bed with a trundle twin bed underneath. Fully air-conditioned. Excellent stay for our family of 4. Listing was exactly as advertised. Pictures were accurate. The beach was beautiful and a very close walk. We felt safe in the neighbourhood. The management was very responsive to our questions. The fridge wasn’t cooling and someone came to check right away and then it was resolved. Some minor feedback would be to upgrade the outdoor lounge cushions and snorkel stuff.

This property is even BETTER than the VRBO listing! The pictures do not do it justice! Our family of 4 stayed 8 nights and we absolutely loved it! Everything was top-notch. First, the location is super-secure and private. It is in a gated community with a guard at the entrance and the property itself has its own gate. Next, the location is centrally located yet very near the white sand beaches that are perfect for swimming. They say it's a 5 minute walk to the beach but it's less than that, literally about 300 yards from the water! Hop in the car and you are less than 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, gift shops, bakery and our favorite, ice cream shop! Lastly, I have to mention some details about the property. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and is perfect to give a bit of added private "water time" for mornings and evenings. The home is very roomy and the beds are super comfortable. A/C throughout although we did not need to use it due to great fans & air flow throughout.We loved this place and will absolutely book it again on our next visit to the beautiful island of Providenciales!

The pool was dirty and full of leaves. When I questioned cleaning, I was told it would be cleaned after we left.
