Located in the heart of Grace Bay and minutes away from the Grace Bay Beach.

Great location for the money. Nice townhome.

We have been to a few islands and this was far the best stay! The property itself was clean, quiet and safe! The Neighbour’s were friendly but no one bothers you! Location was 10/10! Walking distance to Grace bay beach and to all Grace bay restaurants and shops! Also walking distance to the fish fry on Thursday’s! That is a must do! We went to Grace bay gourmet to get groceries and everyone was very friendly and helpful! They make sandwiches there to take to the beach and their coffee is great for the mornings! All the excursions were 10 min away from the property, it was easy to get around the island once you figure out where everything is. It is safe and beautiful! The host was accessible at all times when I had a question and answered very quickly! I would definitely come back to Turks and Caicos and will try and stay in the same property! Btw, RENT A CAR! It is more convenient if you want to explore the island and the property has a designated parking space. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all you need for cooking! There is no grill just an FYI. They provide chairs and umbrellas for the beach, even a cart to pull everything in! The entire stay was relaxing but yet adventurous and weather was perfection! The water is like no other so take the leap and book your stay! I highly recommend it. Thanks again to our hosts!

Good location, able to walk to beach, shops and restaurants. It is a good 10 min walk to beach.

Nice townhome close to Grace Bay. Very spacious, clean and easy to navigate to the beaches and restaurants, we had a car which was made it convenient to get around. Host was very responsive.
